Train across every discipline.

Hover over any style to learn more. Available as technique or optional add-on classes depending on your program.

Jazz
A high-energy, expressive dance style that blends technical skill with personality and performance. Classes develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality through dynamic choreography rooted in jazz technique — isolations, turns, leaps, and stylized movement.
Ballet
With a foundation in the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, we offer open ballet classes that develop posture, alignment, strength, flexibility, and grace. Ballet training builds the discipline and body awareness that supports progress across every other dance style.
Tap Dance
Tap dance is a rhythmic art form where dancers use their feet as percussion instruments. Classes develop musicality, coordination, timing, and rhythm through a combination of foundational tap technique and dynamic footwork patterns.
Hip Hop
Hip Hop is a high-energy, dynamic dance style that encompasses a wide range of movement. Classes focus on groove, musicality, freestyle, and choreography while building confidence, rhythm, and authentic expression.
Lyrical
Lyrical dance blends the technical foundations of ballet and jazz with emotional storytelling and expressive movement. Dancers interpret music through fluid, connected movement that conveys meaning, feeling, and artistry.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a versatile, ever-evolving style that draws from ballet, modern, and jazz. Classes explore movement quality, spatial awareness, improvisation, and artistic expression — encouraging dancers to move with freedom, intention, and individuality.
Musical Theatre
Inspired by the excitement of the stage, Musical Theatre blends dance, singing, acting, and storytelling into one dynamic class. Students learn choreography, explore character interpretation, and develop performance techniques that enhance confidence, creativity, musicality, and stage presence.
Acro
Acro focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body control through progressive acrobatic training. Students develop skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, and more advanced acrobatic elements, with an emphasis on proper technique and safe skill progression.
Jumps & Turns
A focused technique class dedicated to developing elevation, rotation, and dynamic movement quality. Students build the strength, coordination, and technical precision needed to execute jumps, leaps, and turns with confidence and control across all dance styles.
Stretch & Strength
A conditioning class designed to improve flexibility, core strength, and overall physical fitness for dancers. Through targeted exercises, students build the body awareness, endurance, and mobility that support healthy, injury-resistant movement.
Heels
Step into your confidence in this empowering heels dance class. Designed for all levels, this class focuses on technique, musicality, balance, posture, and performance quality while dancing in heels. Blends elements of jazz, commercial, and contemporary styles.
Commercial Jazz
Designed for dancers who love to perform, Commercial Jazz combines strong technical foundations with contemporary movement and performance-driven choreography. Classes emphasize precision, style, expression, musicality, and stage presence.
Pointe
Focuses on developing the strength, alignment, and technique required for dancing en pointe. Students build ankle and foot strength, improve balance and control, and refine classical ballet technique through exercises at the barre and centre.
Fusion
A fusion-style dance class blends techniques and movements from multiple dance genres into a single creative experience. Dancers explore elements of contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and more — developing versatility, musicality, and expression.
Choreography Club
Designed for dancers who love to create, Choreography Club focuses on the process of developing original choreography. Through guided exercises, collaboration, and independent projects, dancers explore movement invention, composition, and artistic expression.
Pre-Pointe
Prepares dancers for the demands of pointe work through targeted strengthening of the feet, ankles, and core. Recommended before progressing to pointe shoes.
Kindergym
A play-based movement class for our youngest dancers (ages 2–6). Builds coordination, confidence, and a love of movement through games and exploration.
