Éric Charbonneau is a music director, conductor, collaborative pianist, vocal coach, and active arts educator.

He worked for several years as an opera coach at Western University upon completing his Master’s degree at the same institution and has since worked for nine seasons at the Stratford Festival, most recently as Associate Conductor and Keyboardist in Guys & Dolls. Other Stratford Festival credits include Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, La Cage aux Folles, Something Rotten, Rent, Chicago, Billy Elliot the Musical, The Music Man, and H.M.S. Pinafore, as well as vocal and music direction work with the Birmingham Conservatory. Éric co-founded the Stratford Symphony Youth Orchestra (SSYO) in 2021 and is currently the ensemble’s Music Director and Conductor.

Josh Doig is an established Actor, Singer, Dancer and Choreographer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Dance from Toronto Metropolitan University. Formally trained in Ballet, Modern, Jazz and Contemporary dance, Josh then took his passion for performing to the professional stage. As a member of Canadian Actor’s Equity Association, Josh began his career at the Charlottetown Festival in Anne of Green Gables. Ten years later, Josh has worked all across Canada at a variety of theatres. Josh is currently performing at the Stratford Festival in Guys & Dolls and swinging Something Rotten. Josh loves to take any opportunity he can to teach and choreograph.

Karina Grzella is a dynamic and versatile artist from Kitchener, Ontario, whose passion for dance began at just two years old and quickly evolved into a professional career by the age of eight. Her strong foundation in studio training, combined with extensive experience at conventions across North America, Europe, and the UK, has shaped her into the well-rounded performer she is today. As an Elite Protégé with The Pulse on Tour, Karina trained with and assisted some of the industry’s most sought-after choreographers, including Brian Friedman, Gil Duldulao, Dean Lee, Cris Judd, and Tessandra Chavez. In addition to her professional career, Karina has been a dedicated teacher, educator, and choreographer since the age of 16, sharing her knowledge and passion with the next generation of dancers.

Karina’s career spans film, television, and live performance, with credits across major networks such as Disney, Disney+, Netflix, CBC, FX, Lifetime, CTV, Amazon Prime and Blinding Edge Pictures. Her work includes appearances on The Boys, Canada’s Got Talent, and multiple Disney Channel and Netflix productions, including the Disney “Zombies” series. She has worked alongside renowned choreographers including Christopher Scott, Ebony Williams, Tia Rivera, and Draico Johnson, and was recently featured in the film TRAP, directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan.

On stage, Karina has performed internationally with world-class artists. She completed two seasons touring Switzerland with Art on Ice, sharing the stage with talents such as James Bay, Jess Glynne, Paloma Faith, and Birdy. She has also toured Europe with Priyanka, winner of Canada’s Drag Race, and performed with global icons including Janet Jackson on her Unbreakable World Tour, Anne-Marie, and Massari. Most recently, Karina performed with Shygirl at London’s All Points East Festival, appeared alongside Greek superstar Anna Vissi in Athens, and opened for rapper Gunna on his Wun World Tour.

Drawing on extensive professional experience across diverse performance environments, Karina brings an industry-informed perspective to her teaching, with a focus on performance quality, adaptability, and the evolving demands of dance in screen and live contexts. Driven by her passion for the arts, Karina continues to expand her knowledge and skills and is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of dancers and share their artistry with audiences around the world.

Morgan is an honours graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School. She holds Registered Teacher Status (RTS) with the Royal Academy of Dance, is a registered teaching mentor with the Academy, and is trained in both the Cecchetti and Vaganova methods of ballet. In addition to ballet, Morgan is highly trained in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and tap, and is an Acrobatic Arts Certified Teacher.

Morgan has extensive experience coaching and preparing students for examinations, competitions, auditions for highly accredited dance schools, and the prestigious Youth America Grand Prix ballet competition. She is passionate about developing highly skilled, well-rounded athletes and artists, equipping her dancers with the technical knowledge, discipline, and confidence needed to reach their full potential both in dance and beyond.

While living in Toronto, Morgan taught at several elite dance schools throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including the Professional Ballet Program at Canada’s National Ballet School. She is recruited to teach across Canada and the United States, where she specializes in refining technique and fostering a genuine appreciation for dance in young artists. Morgan is also a highly sought-after private technique coach.

Morgan’s students have gone on to earn top adjudications at competitions, win overall titles and scholarships, and gain acceptance into highly respected professional training programs. As a dancer, Morgan has had the opportunity to train at the Boston Ballet School and partner with dancers from the National Ballet of Canada, Les Grands Ballets, and the Paris Opera Ballet.

Known for her attention to detail, enthusiasm, and ability to motivate, Morgan is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of dancers. Her commitment to developing strong, athletic artists is at the heart of her teaching philosophy. She is currently the Owner and Artistic Director of NXT Generation Dance in Kanata, Ontario.

Tiffany Kriter (she/her) is a Tap dancer, choreographer, and educator based in London, Ontario. Since 2011, she has studied and performed with the Toronto Rhythm Initiative (TRI), produced by Allison Toffan, and has performed in twelve TRI shows to date. She is the founder and co-director of Syncopate Tap Company, a pre-professional youth Tap program established in 2022. Tiffany participated in Heather Cornell’s Tap Labs in summer 2023 and was a member of The Rhythm Ensemble from 2023 to 2025 under the direction of Juliana Kelly. Most recently, she has worked on the production team for the 2024 and 2026 Toronto International Tap Dance Festival, produced by Toffan Rhythm Projects. Tiffany holds an Honours BA in Anthropology with a Minor in Dance from Western University and is passionate about instilling a love and respect for Tap dance and its history in all her students!
